”Who needs The Stones when you have Primal Scream?” Alan McGee offers. Well the Stones themselves I’d imagine, but for the rest of us we’ll take Primal Scream. After last year’s return to form Beautiful Future be ready for shows that dip into a 20 year old back catalogue to die for.

Really there’s not much you can say about Mogwai that hasn’t already been said and if you’re not a fan by now… well give them a listen damn you. With their visceral, lush, dense post-rock they excel in a live setting and third time down under could prove a charm.

Psychedelic pop rockers Of Montreal are making their first journey to our shores and we’re excited. The last couple of years have seen the indie stalwarts explode from cult status to international popularity. Nine albums deep and way too many costume changes to count, the time is nigh for the Athens, Georgia to give Australia a taste of Of Montreal.
