School of Seven Bells – Disconnect from Desire

Seeing as their second album Disconnect from Desire is scheduled for release on 9th July on Speak N Spell/Inertia in Australia that they certainly have done. S7B will head back to Australian shores as part of this year’s mammoth Splendour in the Grass bill. The album, produced by Benjamin and mixed by Grammy Award winner Jack Joseph Puig (Beck, U2, Klaxons) was recorded in the band’s home studio and mixed in Los Angeles at Ocean Way Recording – birthplace of records by The Rolling Stones, Radiohead and, er, the Red Hot Chili Peppers.
