An album that had we rallied to put together a belated best-of for 2009 would’ve easily made it into our top 10. Making amends with a treat for y’all, Matador records releases the second single from Cold Cave’s Love Comes Close LP “Life Magazine” as a limited vinyl 12″ and digital EP. The A-side features a remix from legendary producer Arthur Baker (Afrika Bambaataa, New Order) and the Glaswegian DJ duo Optimo.The more outre B-side contains remixes from minimal techno mastermind Pantha du Prince and the noise artist Prurient (aka Cold Cave’s Dominick Fernow).
